Mike Ettling, Chief Executive Officer


Mike Ettling is the CEO of Unit4. Ettling takes pride in his ability to set a strong vision and strategy for a business and establish the purpose to create All-In teams. He fundamentally believes in the competitive value of diversity and is a continuous learner. Prior to joining Unit 4, Ettling worked as an Advisor at PeopleDoc Inc. Earlier in his career he worked at Unisys, holding several positions before eventually becoming Vice President of Global BPO Strategy and Operations. He currently serves as the Non Executive Director at Impellam and NCC Group. Ettling received a Bachelor of commerce, accounting, auditing, and and finance from the University of the Witwatersrand as well as a Masters in finance and private equity from the London Business School.


Dmitri Krakovsky, Chief Product Officer


Dmitri Krakovsky is the Chief Product Officer at Unit4. Prior to that he spent a year as the VP of Products at Google. Krakovsky spent 3 years at Yahoo, working as the Vice President of Products. He received a Bachelor’s and a Master’s in computer science from New York University Courant Institute of Mathematical Sciences. He also received an MBA from Harvard Business School.


Julie Knight-Ludvigson, Chief Marketing Officer


Julie Knight-Ludvigson is the Chief Marketing Officer at Unit4. Julie is a passionate, results-driven marketing executive with experience in brand building, demand generation, and customer engagement strategies and programs. She has a proven ability to shape marketing strategies and deliver bottom-line growth for start-up, midsize and large multinational organizations. Julie has extensive experience in building, scaling and managing global marketing teams as well as leading organizations through change management. Prior to joining Unit4, Julie worked as the Chief Marketing Officer at Topia as well as the Chief Marketing Officer at Reflektive. She received her Bachelor’s in history from the University of California, Berkeley.


Matthew Bagley, Chief Financial Officer


Matthew Bagley is the Chief Financial Officer at Unit4. He is a private equity CFO and non-executive director with 20 years of finance and operational experience in software, fintech, SAAS, data and digital media sectors. Bagley worked in the UK, US and France with high growth, entrepreneurial companies seeking international expansion, rapid revenue growth, EBITDA margin improvement and business transformation. He has CFO experience in both private equity and venture capital backed companies, privately held companies and a UK AIM listed company.
