Adam Dorrell is an experienced CEO with more than 25 years marketing and sales in start-ups and corporates, with background in senior roles in Dell, HP, Sony, Philips. He is a Net Promoter practitioner since 2003, co-developed the Monetized NPS model.

Adam co-founded CustomerGauge in 2007, a Leading Net Promoter SaaS system. The company was bootstrapped then funded in 2015. Today it has hundreds of clients globally with offices in Amsterdam and Boston.
