Ai Ching Goh is the Co-Founder and CEO of Piktochart. Piktochart is an easy-to-use visual communication tool that helps you tell your story whether it’s in the format of a presentation, report, banner or infographic with the visual impact it deserves. Goh has over 12 years in the software industry. She began her career in 2009.
Before joining Piktochart, Goh was a media manager at P&G.
Goh graduated from the University of Bristol with an undergraduate degree in experimental psychology.
Ai Ching is one of a few startup CEOs that are not afraid to openly admit to mistakes and share their learnings from failure. She is open to feedback from anyone within and outside of the company. She genuinely listens, reflects on feedback, and immediately takes an action if needed. This has helped Ai Ching to create a unique working culture at Piktochart. It’s a company where people love to come to work each week. When Ai Ching was building Piktochart she followed a motto “No more Monday blues”. This has remained until today.
