Under Alan’s leadership, the company has experienced tremendous revenue growth and exceptional customer retention rates. His laser-like focus has built a team that has established CoreDial’s platform, CoreNexa, as the first UCaaS platform for unified communications that transforms the channel from acting as just sales agents to becoming much more of a trusted advisor for their clients. Now, Managed Service Providers (MSPs), Value-Added Resellers (VARs), and IT Solutions Providers are able to provide their end users with a powerful UC Client, class-leading Contact Center, fully integrated mobile application, and proven administration platform all while realizing industry-leading profit margins under their own brand. Alan has been a successful entrepreneur in the Philadelphia region since 1995, and has a deep background in guiding service providers and software companies to critical mass through profitable growth. In fact, CoreDial was founded after Alan spun off a VoIP division of a 10-year-old Internet Service Provider in July 2005. Alan is a graduate of Drexel University.
