His vision is to create a new language for cybersecurity by enabling people to work collaboratively across the enterprise and with external parties to build a more secure ecosystem. Yampolskiy has implemented great direction in all of his roles, past, present and future – from building a team of 1,300 from scratch at Gilt Groupe, to advising multiple businesses on the best practices for incorporating security into their products. Prior to founding SecurityScorecard, Yampolskiy led security and compliance and managed all aspects of Gilt Groupe’s IT infrastructure security, secure application development and PCI compliance. He was also a lead technologist for SSO, IDM, entitlement and other solutions. Yampolskiy’s innate capacity to lead is evident in his multitudinous leadership roles as well as in the very tangible results of our company’s continued success. His leadership has directly contributed toward SecurityScorecard’s status as the leading cybersecurity rating platform, which most recently led to a Series E funding round of over $180 million, leading to a total valuation of the company nearing a billion dollars, according to Reuters.
