Aly joined Pendo.io in 2020 as Scrum Master. Pendo is a product cloud that provides user insight, user guidance and user communication for digital product teams.
Previously, she was a Director of Customer Success at Receptive.io and before that a Chief Operations Officer at I&I Travel Media. Earlier in her career she worked with Newmont Mining Corporation as an Auditor.
She graduated from Gonzaga University with an undergraduate degree in Accounting.
Always communicates customer requirements clearly and has their best interests at heart. She is the champion of the customer voice and spends a lot of time ensuring we have really understood how to help customers. She also puts us directly in touch with customers so we never feel removed from a situation.
Friendly and always helpful to others. Works closely with my department to ensure the correct content is being produced to help our customers be successful with our product. I like how she closes this communication loop so well across the different departments.
