  1. Is able to articulate herself in a positive way to employees, executives and customers. Has coached and grown the entire sales organization at Schoology for the past 3 years. Is able to lead teams to success, mentor younger workers and helps people exceed their full potential. Definitely a strong leader that many young men and women look upto for guidance. Implemented a diverse workspace that communicates and collaborates with each-other. Will always communicate with you on the good or the bad. No matter the situation she is always transparent and will ensure that we have solutions to improve or better the organization.

  3. – Amanda has this incredible ability to hold people to high standards and keep them accountable without micromanaging. It’s hard to pinpoint what exactly she does to achieve this, other than being extremely present, supportive, and leading by example. But I’ve never seen a manager so successfully keep her team where they need to be without ever over stepping her manager role. – Amanda is extremely present, it is wonderful. Every time I meet with Amanda, I can be 100% certain that all of her attention and energy will be on me and our meeting.
