Amy joined MindTouch in 2019 as Director of Customer Success. MindTouch is the leading provider of enterprise-grade knowledge management solutions for organizations looking to increase customer lifetime value (CLV) through improved customer experience (CX).

Previously, she was a Senior Account Executive at Peachjar and before that a Director of Sales at ABBYY USA. Earlier in her career she worked with Scantron as a Director of Sales.

She graduated from San Diego State University-California State University with an undergraduate degree in Marketing, French, European Studies.

  1. Truly cares about her customers and making sure they are as successful as can be. She doesn’t give up on them and will keep at it until she is satisfied. She puts a face and a person to the account name. Everything the team does is about providing value to the customer. Knows when and how to delegate to her team and empowers them to get the job done. Her team will jump in wherever there are gaps because she inspires them to care as much about the customers as she does. She always wants her team to expand their skills and will give them the opportunity to do so. Offers advice to the team when needed but lets them take the lead. She will always have the teams back. Amy will jump into the mix whenever she is needed. She remembers where she came from and is not afraid to get her hands dirty helping out where it’s needed. When she is working with clients she ensures that they always are fully satisfied. If they would not be she reaches out instantly to see what is going on and how to resolve the issue.
