Ana Darino leads the financial operations of Avature, a fast-paced global SaaS company with boasts over 100 of the Fortune 500 as customers. Over the past 12 years, she has mastered a wide variety of complex financial and regulatory challenges resulting from Avature’s rapid growth across the US, Europe, and Asia. An innovative financial leader, Ana posesses an outstanding range of knowledge beyond areas of accounting and taxation. In addition to maintaining Avature’s financial order, she has fulfilled countless customer requests, managed Avature’s financial systems, and built a strong global team of financial professionals. Using the Avature CRM platform, Ana has developed customer-oriented data tracking for financial metrics and analysis and guided Avature through five years of cash flow positive high double digit growth. Colleagues close to Ana describe her as a role model for her notable career achievements, both within Avature and beyond the organization.

Prior to joining Avature in 2006, Ana served as the Grants & Accounting Manager for PM International, a U.S.-based NGO that provides micro-financial banking services in Latin America and the Caribbean. She supervised financial audits, accounts payable and receivable, and requests for funds, among other roles in financial analysis and reporting. Previously, she worked as an Accountant Executive Assistant at CMA. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from the University of Buenos Aires.
