  1. Andrea started with HighRadius as VP of Sales Ops. She made a direct impact to the sales function via solid Sales Ops Analytics and Sales enablement initiatives like Sales Playbooks, Onboarding and training. We promoted her to VP of BizOps to replicate what she has done for Sales to every customer facing (CX) function (Sales, Marketing, Consulting and Customer Success). And now she has also be asked to extend the same to all employee facing (EX) functions. Andrea’s biggest strengths are her analytical skills to quickly parse new problems and come up with simple solutions in 4-8 weeks that can make a measurable business impact. Additional she is assertive and strong organization skills to build rapport and influence with department leaders to roll-out these programs in a effective way.
