Anika has been able to work with customers from around the world and help them take their business to the next level. She is focused on customer success and passionate about customer relationships; she has demonstrated success by building highly productive international organisations, creating efficient and streamlined processes, reducing customer churn, managing change and increasing customer happiness.

Whether it be her role as a Success Coach at Vend or her role as a Head of Customer Success at vzaar, she loves to help others and educate customers (usually with technology).

Prior to her work experience, she completed a Master’s degree in International Relations at Freie Universität Berlin. She also acquired a double bachelor's degree in International Studies and Political Science at the University of California, Irvine.
