Ashley joined Vista Equity Partners in 2019 as Senior Manager of Human Resources. Vista Equity Partners is a leading private equity firm focused on investing in software and technology-enabled businesses.

Previously, she was a Director of Human Resources at Abrigo and before that a Senior HR Generalist and Assurant Field Asset Services. Earlier in her career she worked with Center for Medical Genetics as a HR Generalist.

She graduated from University of Houston with a MS and A&M University with an undergraduate degree in Human Resources Development.
