Bridget Jay is the Director of Customer Success of SetSail. SetSail is the first signal-based selling platform designed for the digital age. It uses AI and behavioral science to transform sales data into buying signals and rewards that drive more revenue. Jay has over 29 years in the computer software industry. She began her career in 1992.
Previously, Jay was a global vice president of client services at Qstream and before that a manager, pperational accounting and business systems at Monitor Deloitte. Earlier in her career she worked with Bain & Company as a manager, operational accounting & financial business systems.
Jay graduated from University of Massachusetts Dartmouth.
