  1. Carine Roman is an innovative executive who ensures that new and current Mailchimp customers have an outstanding experience and are successful. Beyond overseeing Mailchimp’s award-winning Customer Support team, VIP services, and the service partner program, Carine is a customer-obsessed leader with more than 20 years of experience. During her time in the industry, she has contributed to multi-billion-dollar revenues, with a wealth of experience operating globally and at scale, leading teams focused on global strategy, product innovation, and operations in industries including advertising, SaaS, operations, finance, product development, and post-sales functions. Carine is an award-winning leader focused on aligning purpose to industry and keeping customers at the center of business success. She consistently builds high-performing and inclusive teams that aim to delight customers, and leads with candor and empathy. Prior to her role at Mailchimp, she spent seven years in a number of leadership positions at LinkedIn, including her most recent role as Global Head of Customer Success – Talent Solutions. She also spent time in various roles with publishing giant Ziff Davis and leading advertising agency Publicis Worldwide. Carine holds a Master’s Degree in Management from Toulouse Business School and an MBA from Columbia University.
