Previously, Carol Lee served as CFO of GoodData and before that was All Covered's Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis, overseeing the finance function including: forecasting, budgeting, long-range planning, management reporting, performance analysis, and M&A valuation. Carol joined All Covered in June 2007.

She has over 15 years of experience in finance and accounting. Prior to All Covered, Carol was the Finance Director at RISI, Inc., a global firm specializing in information and data in the forest products industry. Carol holds a BA degree in Psychology and Business Economics from Pitzer College located in Claremont, California.
