  1. I’d like to nominate Cassie Fields, current VP of Sales for FieldEdge as a Top Woman Leader in SaaS for her notable contribution to the FieldEdge business and the sales industry as a whole. In January 2017, Cassie joined FieldEdge, an Inc 5000, multiple Stevie Award winning business that provides SaaS technology solutions to the home service contractor market. Over the past year combined with 2018 projections, under her leadership her team will acquire over $10million in recurring revenue (ARR) on the first two years of a new product launch and as a result will directly drive ~$75million of enterprise value creation for the org. She was additionally instrumental in supporting the org through a successful acquisition in early 2018 for over $100million by Advent International, one of the world’s largest and most successful private equity firms. Cassie has been a tremendous asset in not just revenue and value creation but in shaping the culture and future of the organization. She has focused on driving a successful go-to-market strategy and creating a high-performing sales environment through intense career and sales coaching to help build our future generation of leaders and sales stars. She played a key role in helping the company successfully launch a new sales HQ in Atlanta while continuing to lead and develop our team in Florida. It goes without saying that her impact will be long lasting on both the business and its employees.
