Cheryl joined AppGate in 2020 as Chief Operating Officer. AppGate brings together a set of differentiated cloud- and hybrid-ready security and analytics products and services.

Previously, she was a Chief Operating Officer at Cyxtera Technologies and before that a Senior Advisor to NSA's Capabilities Director & CIO at National Security Agency. Earlier in her career she worked with U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) as a Principal Deputy CIO for Cyber.

She graduated from Troy University with MS and Fayetteville State University with an undergraduate degree in Mathematics/Computer Science.
