Chetna Bhatia joined Aspect Enterprise Solutions in 2009 and has more than 20 years of experience in commodities trading and risk management. Her experience includes achieving overall client loyalty, building and increasing revenue streams, complex program management, team building, managing global IT teams and the ability to bridge the gap between business and technical teams. She has a rare combination of business knowledge (commodities trading) and technical skills.

Prior to joining Aspect Enterprise Solutions, Chetna worked for a number of companies including SunGard, Nasdaq Smarts Group, Vedaris and interacted with clients like BG, Shell, Statoil, BP, AEP and the London Stock Exchange. At Aspect, Chetna manages and plays a key role in setting up processes, teams and tools for making Aspect’s cloud solution delivery successful. She manages Aspect’s cloud platform, technical strategy, architecture, infrastructure, software engineering and services including Professional Services and 24-hour Global Support Desk for all Aspect Enterprise Solutions products. As CIO, Chetna’s role is to lead the global IT agenda by driving strategy, implementation and support for internal and external business and tech teams, applications, platforms, networks and data centers.
