Chrissie Coon is the Chief Customer Experience Officer of Mutualink. She first joined the company in 2021. Mutualink platform connects first responders – fire, police and emergency medical services – on the only nationwide network delivering secure multimedia communications to keep communities safe.
Previously, Coon was a senior public safety advisor at First Responder Network Authority and before that a commissioned law enforcement official at North Las Vegas Police Department.
Coon earned an MBA in leadership and administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
