  1. Christina started her career working in development at the Center for Women & Enterprise, whose mission is to help women become economically independent through entrepreneurship. This role inspired her to pursue a career in startups and to use her eventual leadership position to advocate for women in the workplace, from hiring to professional growth. She then moved to LevelUp, a mobile payments startup that eventually morphed into a digital agency that designs, develops, and powers branded app and web experiences for restaurants. In her eight years at the company, she used her sales prowess, ability to build rapport, and leadership skills to help LevelUp expand to over 200,000 locations and raise $85 million in capital. She also contributed to the diverse, people-first culture at LevelUp, where people love to work: in fact, thanks in part to her leadership, LevelUp has won the Boston Business Journal’s Best Place to Work award three years in a row. In 2019, LevelUp was acquired by Grubhub. Christina is now the Vice President of Enterprise Sales at Grubhub, where she has been instrumental in not only signing a record number of Enterprise restaurant locations to the Grubhub platform this year, but also in translating the close-knit, people-first team culture of LevelUp to Grubhub. Christina’s strengths — leadership, team-building, advocating for what’s right, developing strong and concrete messaging, relationship-building and more — have led her to become a Top Woman Leader in Tech and SaaS.
