Christine is responsible for directing the support, professional services, training, clinical and customer success organizations. Christine has more than 20 years’ experience leading both development and services organizations for numerous technology companies including MemberSuite, Innovolt and Siemens. Prior to joining Optima, Christine served as Chief Operating Officer at MemberSuite, where she drove a cross-departmental, customer-centric focus throughout the organization. She is passionate about applying her diverse experience to build on our 25-year foundation of helping customers achieve success.
