Claire Scott is the Chief People Officer of Access Group. The Access Group is one of the leading providers of business management software to UK, Ireland and Asia Pacific mid-market organizations. Scott has over 32 years in the computer software industry. She began her career in 1989.
Before joining The Access Group, Scott was a vice president at Salesforce and before that a senior director at Ciena. Earlier in her career she worked with British Aerospace as an OD Consultant.
Scott graduated from Napier University with an undergraduate degree in Education.
