  1. Claudia has a natural, exuberant energy that attracts talented people to her team and persuades customers to be advocates for OpenGov software. She is a champion of women in govtech, women in government, and women in tech. Claudia has a long track record of leadership in government software space, from IBM to OpenGov. Her teams have consistently outperformed and outclassed the competition. From sales teams that act as consultants and key resources to customers, to customer success teams that go above and beyond to ensure their accounts are getting the full value of the software and services. In 2020, and under the leadership team — of which Claudia was leading member — the company saw 39% revenue growth overall. OpenGov’s growth reflects its necessity at this moment, but a truer test of relevancy are the stories of customer successes: many who communicated daily pandemic updates, built their budgets while working remotely, delivered urgently-needed grant money, and conducted virtual city council meetings with OpenGov’s software.
