Cristina Rossman began her professional career 21 years ago. Today, she is the Chief Marketing Officer of Relativity. Relativity makes software to help users organize data, discover the truth and act on it.


Rossman first got her start in 2000 as a marketing manager at Charles Schwab, from there she went on to vice president for product marketing at Morningstar, her most recent position prior to joining Relativity.


Rossman graduated from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business with an MBA and from the University of Michigan with an undergraduate degree in industrial engineering.

In her role at the global legal and compliance technology company, she is responsible for leading the marketing organization. With her extensive experience in building products, programs and functions from scratch, she brings an engineering mindset to decision making and execution while valuing the role of creativity in crafting differentiated experiences. Cristina has led teams through multiple stages of growth at both public and private companies. Most recently, she was Vice President, Product Marketing at Morningstar where she established a product marketing discipline within a newly centralized marketing function. In her 18 years at Morningstar working on both the product and marketing side, some of her notable accomplishments include launching and growing Morningstar Direct, a global investment analysis platform, as well as integrating marketing strategy for Morningstar’s largest revenue driving segment – asset management. She received her bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from the University of Michigan and her MBA from University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business.
