Before joining Dalia SimilarWeb as an Enterprise Account Management Lead, Dalia worked with WishTrip in 2018 as VP Customer Success. WishTrip, a SMART tourism solution gives visitors an app that they will actually want to use, and have it up and running in less than two weeks.
Previously, she was a VP Customer Success at Graduway and before that a Head of Client Development at mySupermarket.
She graduated from University College London with an undergraduate degree in History.
It is rare that you come across someone who is truly passionate about the business to client relationship experience like Dalia. As an Alumni Relations expert, I have had the pleasure of working with Dalia and her team for the last year through the launch of our Graduway product, JindalConnect. With Dalia’s help and encouragement, we have grown our platform to nearly 6,000 users in less than a year. That would not have been possible without her and her team’s guidance including recommendations and opportunities to share tips with our fellow Graduway Universities.
