Previously, he was a Vice President, Global Account Management (Customer Success) at Adobe and before that a Vice President, Strategic Accounts at Omniture. Earlier in his career he worked with Hitachi Consulting as a Senior Consultant.

He graduated from Brigham Young University with an undergraduate degree in Accounting.
