Dennis Kayser is the CEO & Co-Founder of Forecast Technologies. He first joined the company in 2016. The Forecast AI-native platform represents the most advanced technology ever applied to managing projects, resources and finances.
Previously, Kayser was a senior strategy consultant at IBM and before that a CEO & co-founder at EMP Group (Wölwa Group). Earlier in his career he worked with Det Berlingske Officin A/S as a system coordinator.
Kayser earned an undergraduate degree in business economics & computer science
from Copenhagen Business School.
Dennis has many key strengths as the leader and CEO of Forecast. Starting his career as a Computer Scientist, he alongside his co-founders coded the first instance of Forecast and has since built Forecast to a now rapidly growing SaaS business that has recently raised 19M Series A. Dennis puts a high premium on culture, inclusivity and feedback, centred around Forecast’s values of ‘passionate and proud, ‘direct and honest’ and ‘oomph’. Dennis understands both sides of the coin when it comes to creating and delivering a successful product. He always thinks about both the customer demand and feedback and also the direction of the company and organizational goals. His ability to keep a healthy balance between these two has proved to be successful by Forecast securing a 19m Series A investment. My favourite quality of Dennis however, is how humble he is at all times. He makes you feel valued and a part of the organization. I was quite surprised by how friendly and approachable our CEO is when I first joined Forecast. Now I can say with confidence that he really is one of the best if not the best SaaS CEO out there.

A fantastic leader, and is always pushing you and the teams to do their best work. Is kind a friendly and you can always go to him with a problem big or small. Makes sure the teams are happy and understands that happy people are more likely to do their best work.
