   Elena Nazzi is a Product Owner and Team Lead at Templafy, a SaaS platform for improving how enterprises create and reuse documents, presentations and emails. The solution is now used by over 1.5 million users and customers include each Big 4 firm, iconic consumer brands and other blue chip enterprises. Elena was one of Templafy’s first employees and she quickly rose to manage a full team of developers. As another of the first female employees at Templafy, Elena personally inspired me to be confident and unfazed working in a mostly male tech environment and I went on to build my own team of women in tech. Elena and her team focus on Templafy’s platform management and email signature management functionalities. Elena’s passion is for combining empathetic user-focused research with strong technical understanding to develop intuitive enterprise-grade solutions for all users. She has a broad experience in product development from research to design and implementation stages. Elena holds a Masters in Computer Science (Web and Information Technologies) from the University of Udine, Italy. Elena also has an academic research background in information retrieval and interaction design.
