Elizabeth Combs is a strategic leader with a deep focus on organizational development, effective communication and actionable data. Her role spans the full breadth of the company, driving efficiency across all departments and enhancing our leadership development programs. In her time with Frontline Education (and MyLearningPlan prior to its acquisition by Frontline), Elizabeth has led product and marketing teams, developed and defined our thought leadership efforts and pioneered our research and data analytics programs to support over 9500 K-12 districts in all 50 states. Additionally, Elizabeth supports our diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging efforts. Launching and participating on the panel in our first-ever Women in Leadership forum, kicking off an internal webinar series on topics in DEIB.

Elizabeth Combs is the Managing Director, Frontline Research & Learning Institute of Frontline Education. She first joined the company in 2015. Frontline Education is an integrated insights partner serving more than 12,000 educational organizations and millions of educators, administrators and support personnel in their efforts to develop the next generation of learners.
Earlier in her career she worked with My Learning Plan Inc. as a president.
Combs earned a master’s degree in education from the Teachers College of Columbia University and an undergraduate degree in education from the State University of New York College at Geneseo.
