  1. Elizabeth joined SnapLogic in 2016 as the company’s Corporate Controller and was subsequently promoted to Vice President of Finance and Administration. A key member of SnapLogic’s executive team, she oversees Accounting, Finance, HR, and Legal functions. As SnapLogic’s top finance leader, Elizabeth has been instrumental in the company’s successive financing rounds of over $150 million. Thanks to Elizabeth’s hard work and tireless dedication, SnapLogic just closed it’s latest funding round last month, which will enable it to execute on its Enterprise Automation vision for months and years to come. Elizabeth’s strengths are numerous, but she stands out as a respected and inspirational leader at SnapLogic for a couple important reasons: — She is data-driven and results-oriented. Data-driven may be the industry buzzword du jour but Elizabeth truly embodies what it means to be data-driven. She leads by example, providing key data points to back up any and all recommendations and decisions, and insists all at the company do the same. Under Elizabeth’s leadership, initiatives at SnapLogic live or die based on supporting data and proven results, which has aligned all employees around common goals, deliverables, and metrics. She has been instrumental in driving SnapLogic’s winning data culture, a critical enabler of the company’s success to-date. — She is a chief supporter and ally to other women leaders at SnapLogic. As the only woman on the company’s leadership team, she champions the strengths and contributions of all the women who work at SnapLogic. Elizabeth is living proof that SnapLogic is a place where women thrive and can do their best work. Under Elizabeth’s insistence and leadership, SnapLogic is a champion of diversity and inclusion in the workplace, with more than 30 percent of its engineering and technical teams being women. Under her direction, the company proudly celebrates women in tech year round, with monthly guest speakers, happy hours, and an internal networking group for women to build community. In terms of management style, Elizabeth is a strategic leader, a beloved manager, a clear communicator, a collaborative colleague, and an inspiring mentor. She demands intensity, integrity, and innovation from all who work with and for her. She deftly balances high demands and expectations of others with a warm, collaborative, supportive personality. With her data-driven approach, everyone knows what the company is aiming to achieve, where they stand at all times, and how they can contribute to the company’s success. In short: Elizabeth leads by example and brings out the best in others.
