Prior to joining DataCore Software, Emilia was the SVP of Customer Success at Punchh. She has held senior leadership roles at B2B SaaS companies for more than 10 years, driving retention, growth and improving the customer experience. Emilia began her career at Accenture, working on large scale process redesign and CRM implementations.

In 2004, she joined her first B2B SaaS company, Satmetrix Systems, where she contributed to net promoter score (NPS) loyalty thought leadership. At Rosetta Stone, she led the global B2B Client Services function with teams in China, the U.K., France, Spain, the U.S., Mexico, and Brazil. Most recently she was the VP of Customer Success at Contently, a leading content marketing provider.

Emilia is a co-chair of BOOM NYC, a women's exec leadership group, and enjoys mentoring future generations of women leaders in the tech space.
