Emma joined Ideagen in 2020 as Chief Financial Officer. Ideagen plc provides market-leading information management, safety, risk and compliance software solutions that allow organisations to achieve operational excellence, regulatory compliance and reduce risk.

Previously, she was a Finance Business Partner, Capital Delivery & Commercial at Severn Trent and before that a Corporate Finance Director at Deloitte UK. Earlier in her career she worked with BDO UK as a Audit Executive.

She graduated from The University of Sheffield with an undergraduate degree in English Literature.
