Eric Mosley is the CEO & Co-Founder of Workhuman. He first joined the company in 1999. Workhuman is the world’s fastest-growing integrated social recognition and continuous performance management platform. Its human applications are shaping the future of work by helping organizations connect culture to shared purpose.
Earlier in his career he worked with CSK Software as an internet consultant.
Mosley earned an undergraduate degree in electronics, computers and telecommunications engineering from Trinity College Dublin.
Eric’s ability to lead and inspire not just Workhuman employees but business leaders around the world is one of Eric’s core strengths. He is the force behind the Workhuman movement, which challenges organizations across the globe to give up what’s been okay in HR practices for new, great ways to connect the modern workforce and create a more human workplace. He is driven by his belief that culture is destiny, and a culture and people lifted up by positivity and recognition is an unstoppable force. As a former software engineer, Eric is able to remain close to the technology that powers the Workhuman platform and reach across both the technical side of the house and the conceptual, marrying technology and human connection in a way only few people can. He is also an award-winning author of three books; “the Power of Thanks”, “The Crowdsourced Performance Review” and “Making Work Human.” Eric leads by example and has long believed that recognition and positive reinforcement unleash discretionary energy in employees, inspiring them to do the best work of their lives. Employees achieve their fullest potential when they feel appreciated, connected, and empowered for who they are and what they do, and this belief rings true in his transparent leadership style. Eric’s entrepreneurial spirit is also what inspires the Workhuman movement as leaders embark to shift global work cultures for the better. In the early years of Workhuman, Eric had the courage and energy to push forward while hearing 100 “nos” for every one “yes”. Within the walls of Workhuman today, Eric’s personal tenacity and emphasis on innovation drives employees to shoot for the moon with everything they do, fueled by Workhuman’s Social Recognition platform.
