Erika joined Meltwater in 2018 as VP Product Management. Meltwater helps companies make better, more informed decisions based on insights from the outside.Previously, she was a Chief Product Officer at Sysomos and before that a SVP of Product Management at Expion. Earlier in her career she was a Company Owner and Broker in Charge in McClenny Properties LLC.
She graduated from Campbell University with an undergraduate degree in Public Relations/Image Management.
Erica helped drive our team through many changes over since founding Expion, driving to the first acquisition by Sysomos in 2015. She then took 7 different technologies and directed the team on executing consolidation into a single user base and platform. The integrated platform of Sysomos was then acquired again in April 2018 by Meltwater. Erica is always open to ideas, collaboration and investment in her team and across other teams.
