Erkang Zheng began his professional career 22 years ago. Today, he is the CEO & Founder of JupiterOne, Inc. JupiterOne is the first software cloud-native security platform built on a graph data model, to expose the complex relationships between your cyber assets.
Zheng first got his start in 1999 as an IT manager at Heltech, Inc. From there, he went on to Cisco, before eventually rising to head of software security of fidelity personal investing at Fidelity Investments, his most recent position prior to joining JupiterOne, Inc.
Zheng graduated from North Carolina State University with an MS an undergraduate degree in computer science.
Erkang is incredibly hands on and approachable. He believes in the importance of transparency, as well as the team being aligned to the same mission, so he holds frequent company round-tables to share updates and plans. He also truly cares about his team and getting to know them.
A disruptor and true collaborator. His biggest ambition and strength is to bring proactive and holistic security to everyone — by offering free tiers all the way to scaling up a sustainable tech start up and business with enterprise security.
