Previously, she was the VP Human Resources at Snow Software. She was the first HR-person at Snow (then 150 employees); she joined to enable further hyper growth by building an HR function from scratch, reporting to the CEO. She built and executed the HR strategy. Today, the 20 people HR Team in 6 countries brings value to Snow's 700+ employees in 25+ countries.
