Eynat Guez is the Co-Founder and CEO of Papaya Global. Papaya Global is reinventing global payroll, payments, and workforce management. Its automated platform helps companies hire, onboard, manage, and pay people in more than 140 countries. Guez has 19 years in the financial services industry. She began her career in 2002.

Before joining Papaya Global, Guez was a CEO at Expert Source and before that a CEO at Relocation Source. Earlier in her career he worked with LR GROUP as an HR & operations manager.

Guez graduated from The Open University of Israel with an undergraduate degree in business management and political science.
