Faith is one of the newest members to the Intelex leadership team as the Chief People Officer. Faith has a unique combination of business acumen and strategic vision with broad and deep expertise in talent management strategies with over 20+ years of experience. Faith joined from Randstad Canada where she was the Chief People Officer and has also held various executive and senior leadership roles in financial services, insurance, pharmaceutical, engineering and manufacturing where she led HR strategic initiatives. Faith has been recognized on HRD’s Hot List in 2016 for the Who’s Who in HR in Canada and had been named one of Canada’s Top 23 Black Canadians to watch in Canada.
