Fred founded Tracker Corp more than a decade ago with the vision of providing an automated solution for immigration law firms and corporations that handled a tremendous volume of immigration cases. As President, Fred drives the company’s vision of creating innovative, secure and flexible solutions, supported by world class customer service. He holds more than a dozen patents for his innovations in life-sustaining medical devices, including the early microprocessor-based pacemakers and several devices to treat diabetes.

His executive management track record includes nearly a quarter-century of technology industry experience, driving the growth of new businesses into billion-dollar public companies. Fred holds Electrical Engineering degrees (BS and MS) from the University of Michigan.
