  3. Gabe is one of the most passionate, visionary leaders I have ever had the privilege of working for. But he’s so much more than just an ambitious business leader. Gabe cares about people and is on a continuous mission to inspire and empower his people and to make our customers wildly successful, which show through in all that he does. He works hard, but he also gives his team the space to do their own best work and even to take a step back when that’s what is needed. He has strong communication skills and knows how to connect with each employee at the individual level and truly speak their language. He expects a lot of us, but he also gives us the tools and encouragement to achieve it. With each challenge, Gabe provides clear reasons that we believe in, mainly helping our customers to be successful. As a new CEO, he lead Demandbase through 3 acquisitions within 12 months, released a new platform, and went through a total rebrand and go-to-market.   7. He is an incredible motivator… never have seen someone lead a town hall meeting with so much passion and fire. He is hyper-aware of everything going on in all of the different departments here at Demandbase and is always providing guidance to the different projects happening.
