Before joining GPS Insight , Fritzgerald was an enterprise architect at General Electric and before that an integration architect manager at Allstate Insurance. Earlier in his career he worked with Bringham Young University as a manager.

Fritgerald graduated from Brigham Young University with an undergraduate degree in communications.
