Giadha is a force to be reckoned with. I support this statement with three reasons: 1. As a data analyst by trade, she has been exposed to all kinds of information-bad, inaccurate, un-validated, biased and then of course some that is good. She is absolutely determined to make sure the work her company does is un-biased, accurate and validated because she knows that the basis of every decision is information/data. 2. Having come to American as an immigrant at the age of 16, not knowing a word of English, she is determined to give people a chance to succeed in whatever endeavor they wish. Her desire has birthed a commitment to making society better and this is revealed through her past non-profit activities. 3. She supports the growth and advancement of women 100% and has been question why she hires so many?? She wants to give them an opportunity to excel showing their strengths in the workplace and their ability to be just as good or better than traditional hires. Though she has a good balance with her staff, many are women. Lastly, I would say that Giadha is an all-around good person in addition to being good at what she does. As a CEO, she has the uncanny ability to balance emotion and direction when dealing with the plethora of management decisions and crises that are part of being at the top.
