Greg joined TeamSnap in 2021 as SVP of Corporate Strategy and Development. TeamSnap develops a sports management platform designed to simplify communication and coordination between sports members.


Previously, he was a Group Product Manager | Innovation Catalyst at Intuit and before that a Development Manager at Resort Technology Partners. Earlier in his career he worked with Agency.com as a Technical Engineer.


He graduated from Marquette University with an undergraduate degree in Mathematics.

  1. Greg is a strong leader that routinely leads by example. He is not afraid to dive in and get his hands dirty. Greg has an amazing ability to express his vision and get everyone involved in a project excited and on board. As the Manager of Customer Experience, a large part of my job is working to minimize risks and pain points for our customers; that can often be at odds with a Build, Measure, Learn philosophy employed by product. As the VP of Product, Greg always makes sure I have a platform to express my concerns, to share feedback from customers and to be involved in the process from start to finish. He puts a large amount of emphasis on gathering customer feedback and making sure it is actually applied. He does a fantastic job in building trust with in his team, they feel comfortable and empowered to make decisions and act on those, knowing he will be there to support them. I feel very fortunate and inspired to work with Greg.

  2. While Greg has many strengths, his approach to product expansion is one that brings all members of the team together to reach the goals that have been established. His communication style also encourages numerous viewpoints to be heard as part of the collaboration process. His ability to bring those viewpoints into succinct, product-focused planning is what has made TeamSnap successful in many areas. Additionally, his focus on including the “voice of the customer” in product decisions has been a significant change – while it has always been valued at TeamSnap, Greg is driven to make it a priority and to expand the avenues in which we receive customer input. Greg’s passion for our product and what we do on a daily basis is motivating. We leave meetings with Greg feeling that our time has been well spent, that we have a vision to act on and that we have contributed at the highest levels.

  3. Greg is a phenomenal product leader. He understands our customers’ needs inside and out and works to deliver solutions that ‘take the work out of play’ for our customers. He engages our product dev team not just to write code, but to fully engage them in the process of identifying customer needs and devising the solutions. The motivation and engagement his approach had fostered is amazing! As a CFO I appreciate Greg’s general management perspective. He is not simply focused on delivering great product, but also the overall strategic objectives of the business and the path to achieving them.

  4. Greg has a number of strengths however a few stand out at the top. Greg is a phenomenal coach, he believes that his most important job is to develop his team as product leaders. Whether he is helping us expand his toolkit or providing feedback, it always comes with insightful commentary to make us stronger in the future. Greg also is our biggest customer champion, constantly working to keep us anchored on why our business exists – to serve our customers.
