Harry joined VeriSIM Life in 2020 as Strategic Advisor. VeriSIM’s solution is to create disease-specific biosimulation models, which allow researchers at pharma companies to model in software how a drug will interact in animals.
Previously, he was a CMO and GM, West at Sisense and before that a Co-Founder & CEO at Periscope Data. Earlier in his career, he worked with Google as a Product Manager.
He graduated from University of Rochester with an undergraduate degree in Computer Science.
Periscope Data is by far the best place I’ve ever worked. Harry has done an incredible job creating an inclusive, dynamic workplace. As a woman, I am especially grateful for all the work he’s done to support gender equality in the workplace. It’s the first time where I’ve really felt like the whole organization is committed to making fair decisions about everyone of its employees/ careers. Many CEOs will talk about their customer focus and their commitment to transparency or data-driven decision making, but Harry has built a culture where all of those buzzwords really are values.

Harry is an active member of Project Include, a non-profit that uses data and advocacy to accelerate diversity and inclusion solutions in the tech industry, whose mission is to give everyone a fair chance to succeed in tech. He is also part of Founders for Change, a group of venture-backed founders who are dedicated to improving diversity and inclusion within their companies, and desire greater diversity at the highest levels of VC firms.
Periscope Data’s business success in becoming one of the go-to analytics platforms for data teams can be in part attributed to Harry Glaser’s ability to build a really strong business culture. His focus on inclusion and diversity from the early stages of the company’s development have paid off in a great collection of talent that’s driving incredible growth.
