As VP, Services, Immy makes customers happy by delivering on promises. Responsible for the Support, Taxonomy and Training teams; she looks after the needs of end users, taking them through implementation, enablement and training to an ongoing managed service with outstanding customer support.
She joined Artesian as Project Manager in 2012, responsible for the implementation and rollout of the platform with our Enterprise customers. She now brings that product and customer experience to managing the Services division. Prior to joining Artesian she worked in Communications for G4S and in Workflow and Content Management for Pearson Education.
Immy is a rare breed of senior leader that commands respect, authority and a loyal following by her positive outlook, diligent hard work and down-to-earth attitude, rather than through force or by putting herself before others. Through Immy’s leadership, she is building a well oiled services team focused on doing everything they can to support our customers. And the outcomes speak for themselves, with monthly CSAT (customer satisfaction) scores averaging 99.4% and a 3 month rolling NPS (net promoter score) rated among the highest in our industry at +39. On top of her team delivering world class business-as-usual support, Immy has spearheaded the implementation of new product services to support our customers, acting as the driving force behind their adoption and monetization. Her passion and enthusiasm for customer success defines everything she does and is communicated succinctly with everyone from the Senior Leadership Team to our Product Development Teams.
Immy has an incredible way of understanding, influencing and implementing company goals. She can see the big picture and has a way of bringing everyone together to achieve these. She cares about each team member, their personal goals and works hard to make sure they are achieving them. Her support for me over the years is 100% the reason why I am successful in my role. She sees my vision and helps me navigate other stakeholders, coaches me and pushes me to reach higher. She is the best manager I have ever had!
