As VP, Services, Immy makes customers happy by delivering on promises. Responsible for the Support, Taxonomy and Training teams; she looks after the needs of end users, taking them through implementation, enablement and training to an ongoing managed service with outstanding customer support.
She joined Artesian as Project Manager in 2012, responsible for the implementation and rollout of the platform with our Enterprise customers. She now brings that product and customer experience to managing the Services division. Prior to joining Artesian she worked in Communications for G4S and in Workflow and Content Management for Pearson Education.
