Jacqueline Hendy is the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Bill.com. She is a strategic human resources leader who has deep experience in building HR infrastructure, implementing talent management strategies and leadership coaching.Before joining Bill.com, Jacqueline was the founder and principal of the J2 Consulting Group, which focused on strategic HR initiatives. Prior to that, she led the global talent management function for Equinix and the HR department at PayCycle, Inc. She has also held leadership roles at Genus, AIXTRON, AG and Intuit. Jacqueline holds a Master’s degree in public administration with an emphasis in human resources from San Jose State University and a B.A. in sociology from Cal State, Fresno.
Jackie is the SVP of HR and leads the people function across the company. Her ability to connect and understand and then coach executives no matter the isue is extremely strong. While her coaching of the exec team is highly leveraged she also manages all of the facilities and HR services across the company. She works tirelessly to help us be the best we can and to set up us for success for years to come.
