Janice McNair is a strategic finance executive who thrives on scaling organizations and driving growth initiatives. She has more than 20 years of finance and operating experience with Fortune 500, growth and startup companies. Prior to joining EZ Texting, McNair launched an independent consulting firm focused on corporate finance, business launch and strategy in the digital media, ad tech, gaming and technology industries.

As a VP in Investment Banking at Goldman Sachs, she closed more than 20 financing, merger and strategic transactions for technology, entertainment, media and telecommunications companies. She started her career at J.P. Morgan. She has a B.S. in Finance and Economics from Boston College in Finance and Economics and an MBA degree from Harvard Business School.
