Jason is a proven leader of growth-stage B2B software companies with a winning record of excellence and dominance scaling marketing and sales organizations.

Over the past 23 years, Jason has helped establish disruptive platforms in marketing technology, ERP, CRM and supply chain. Most recently, he was CEO of Platfora, a leader in big data analytics, which was acquired by Workday in 2016. Prior to Platfora, Zintak was CRO at Responsys, which was acquired by Oracle in 2013 for $1.5 billion, and EVP of worldwide sales and marketing for JDA Software. He also spent eight years at SAP, where he served in various sales and leadership roles spanning multiple technology categories and industry verticals.

  1. Coming up on his 1 year anniversary at 6sense, Jason has built incredible momentum and hired an exceptional team. The latter alone speaks to the type of person he is and the leadership qualities he embodies. The numbers we’ve seen thus far further illustrate the potential for what’s to come. Jason has stellar interpersonal skills – something we all should aspire to. He encourages healthy discussion and collaboration, while regularly communicating his high level of expectations to keep projects moving forward. All of this while creating and maintaining a truly positive and enthusiastic work environment. The way in which Jason operates – from a place of authenticity and compassion – is apparent. His self-awareness and thoughtful approach can be seen or heard in nearly every communication and interaction.

  3. I made the jump from banking into the SaaS world late last year and was weighing my options for sales roles across a few different startups. What ultimately made me choose 6sense was the fact that they had recently brought in a new exec team led by Jason Zintak. Not only was his background incredibly impressive but there were at least 10+ people (execs, AEs, etc) who had previously worked with Jason and left their roles at other companies to join him at 6sense. After 7 months at 6sense, I can say that Jason has proven to be every bit of the leader I had hoped, transparent and honest with everyone at the company and is a very down to earth guy.
