As the virus made its way to the West, Jeffrey met the same set of challenges yet again, and leveraged his past experiences to expertly pivot the PatSnap West business. Jeffrey led his global teams in a company-wide shift to product-led growth during this time, to help mitigate the effects of COVID-19 on PatSnap’s sales and operations. He took on this undertaking at a time that would have deterred many, and re-invigorated PatSnap’s sales pipeline.
