  1. Jennifer Coolidge is President and co-founder of Nexus, the cloud-based software platform that lets real estate companies manage every aspect of the accounts payable process with clicks and keystrokes, not paper. She and Thomas Coolidge founded the company in 1999, when they pinpointed a need to automate the thousands of paper invoices that were exchanged monthly between real estate companies and their suppliers. Jennifer oversees Product & Technology and Customer Operations. Under her leadership, Nexus has grown to serve one in five of the world’s largest real estate companies. Over the past few years, Jennifer has spearheaded the effort to design and build an integrated AP payments platform. With just a few clicks, Nexus customers send their payments files to Nexus, who will then pay their suppliers electronically. Nexus will even provide cash rebates based on the dollar amount spent. Customers who’ve implemented NexusPayments have been able to reduce their check-writing volume by an average of 30% in just the first 10 weeks post-launch. As an innovative executive with a passion for identifying strategic market opportunities, Jennifer understands the unique importance of the buyer-supplier relationship. She is known both for building strong alliances with customers, partners, and employees, and her belief that connecting with people is key to success. As a result, Nexus has been named to the Inc. 5000 list of fastest-growing private companies in America for seven out of the last eight years; and the company has 50,000 registered users in 106 countries. The company also takes pride in its customer retention rate of 97% and its employee retention rate of 95%.
